Obituary of Patrick William Agnew

The death of Patrick William Agnew, formerly of Minto, occurred Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at his
home in Oromocto.

Born at Plaster Rock, he was the son of Kenneth Agnew of Plaster Rock and Annette (McIsaac)
Agnew of Minto.

In addition to both his mom and his dad, Pat is survived by daughters, Brooke Agnew-Wilson of
Miramichi, Kaitlynn Lacoste of Fredericton and Alicia Lacoste of Plaster Rock; grandchildren,
Brodie, Bryson, Brooklyn and Braden; sisters, Wendy Agnew - Flowers and Linda Agnew both
of Minto; nephews, Raymond Barton, Nathan Barton (Makayla), Isaac Flowers and great
nephew, Phoenix; special friend, Myriah Hanlon of Oromocto; his Aunt Grace Ann Tapley (Ted)
of Plaster Rock as well as cousins and many good friends.

He was predeceased by his only son, Austin.

Resting at the Christian Community Church, Minto where the family will receive visitors on
Monday from 10 – 12 with funeral service at 2:00PM.

It was Patrick’s wish to be buried with his son in Plaster Rock.
