Obituary of Darrell James Cairns

The death of Darrell James Cairns occurred Saturday, January 10, 2026, at his home in Saint John.

Born in Fredericton, he was the son of Winnifred Mary (Jones) Jacquart and the late James Cairns.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother, John Jacquart Jr. both in Minto.

He was predeceased by his Dad, his stepfather, John Jacquart and a brother, David Cairns.

In keeping with Darrell’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service at this time. A graveside service will be held at Wallbridge Cemetery later in the spring.
