Obituary of William Jospeh Bourgeois

The death of William “Willy” Joseph Bourgeois of Minto, NB occurred Thursday, January 19th, 2017 at the W. G. Bishop Nursing Home. Born in Minto, NB he was the son of the late Joseph and Leonie (Richard) Bourgeois Survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Stella (Vienneau) Bourgeois; sons, David of Minto and Anthony of Edmonton; daughter, Brenda Bourgeois (James) of Waterloo; 4 grandchildren, Carney, Jaslynn, William and Kristin; sisters, Loretta Arsenault, Doris Bourgeois and Alma Belliveau all of Minto; brother, Jerry Bourgeois (Camay) of Massachusetts, USA; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, William was predeceased by his sister, Rita Gaudet and brothers, Norman and Leon. Resting at Hogg Funeral Services with visiting on Friday from 4-7pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 21st, 2017 at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church. Interment will take place in Saint Bridget’s Cemetery, Hardwood Ridge at a later date.
