Obituary of Eldon Wayne Kilfillen

The death of Eldon Wayne Kilfillen of Minto, NB occurred Monday, May 8, 2017 at the Chalmer’s Regional Hospital. Born in Minto, NB he was the son of the late Murray and Merle (Thompson) Kilfillen Survived by sons, Randy (Pam) and Derrek (Stacy) both of Minto; daughters, Rhonda Curran (Greg) of Oromocto and Susan Kilfillen of Woodstock; grandchildren, Meghan, Mathew, Austin, Corey (Crystal), Curtis and Lindsay (Travis); great grandchildren, Teagen, Tyson and Kaylub. Brothers, Gary (Margot), Darryl, Ricky (Pat) and Neale; sisters, Carol Copeland (James), Darlene Spencer (Gary) and Nila Perry (Allan); several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, Eldon was predeceased by his wife Judy (Copeland) Kilfillen; a daughter, Christine; brothers, Dennis and Robin; a sister, Shirley Kilfillen. Resting at Hogg Funeral Services (10 King Street, Minto) with visiting on Wednesday evening from 6-8pm. Funeral Service will take place 2:00PM Thursday, May 11th, 2017 from Minto Community Chapel. Interment will take in Redbank United Church Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, donations made to the Minto Youth Center would be appreciated by the family.
