Obituary of Margaret C. Cosman

It is with deep sadness and broken and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loving mother Margaret C. Cosman on November 30th, 2017 surrounded by her loving family at the Hospice House in Fredericton, NB. Mom was the daughter of the late Harold and Minnie (Tucker) Quigley. Survived by her four children Sam Cosman of Scotchtown NB, Barbara Paul of Geary NB, Derek Cosman (Sue) of Oshawa Ontario and Roxanne Rushton of Lincoln NB. Brothers, Harold (Faye) Quigley of Minto NB, David Quigley of Leamington Ontario, sisters Velma Miller of Windsor Ontario and Gerry Quigley (Andre) of Ripples NB. Five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren, uncles Lorne and Doug Richardson of New Zion, several nieces and nephews and cousins and her favorite feline Miss Ellie of Geary NB and an occasional furry little friend Charlie of Oshawa Ontario. Besides her parents, Mom was predeceased by our father William (Bill) Cosman, her special daughter-in-law Carol Cosman and brothers Donald, Jack and Corby Quigley. The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and LPN’s at the Oromocto Public Hospital for their professionalism, compassion and loving care they had shown to our Mom during her short stay. Special thanks also to Dr. Sainz and the staff at Fredericton Hospice House. Visitation will be held at Hogg Funeral & Cremation Services (10 King Street, Minto) on December 3rd 2-4PM and 6-8PM with funeral service at Trinity United Church on December 4th at 1PM. Interment at Scotchtown Cemetery following the reception at the church. For those who wish, donations made to the Trinity United Church Fund or to Fredericton Hospice House would be greatly appreciated by the family
