Obituary of Nancy Joyce Poirier

The death of Nancy Joyce Poirier of Fredericton, NB occurred Sunday, November 29, 2015 at her home. Born in Minto, NB she was the daughter of Leona (Flemming) Laskey of Minto and the late Oscar Laskey. In addition to her mother, Nancy is survived by sons, Paul (Darlene) of Chipman and Peter (Christa) of Noonan; grandchildren, Kayla, Danielle, Holli Poirier Greg and Jamie Ramsay; a sister Donna Smith of Chipman; a niece, Rosalie Smith. Nancy was predeceased by her husband Jean Poirier; a brother in law, John Smith. There will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held at the Second Chipman United Baptist Church Cemetery 2:00PM Thursday, December 3, 2015. For those who wish, donations made to the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
