Obituary of Grayden William Davenport

Grayden William Davenport of Minto, NB passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Friday, November 23, 2018 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in Kintore, Victoria Co, NB he was the son of the late George and Velma (Condon) Davenport. Survived by his wife, Colleen (Campbell) Davenport; his son, Owen Davenport; his daughters, Victoria Taylor (Winston) and Cheryl Taylor (Richard);stepchildren, Lloyd Tremblay (Terri Lynn) and Jack Tremblay (Geraldine), Iris Miller (Hollie), Earl Fawcett (Barb), Allan Schriver (Vicki), Robert Schriver (Dianna) and Stephen Schriver (Ann Marie); grandchildren, Dan, Christopher, Craig, Clark, Melissa, Lance, Cayden, Liam, Kristina, Sabrina, Shauna, Mike, Curtis and Marlene (mother of Nick and Donnie); great grandchildren, Brayden, Angel, Asher and Audrianna; brothers, George, Patrick, Larry Davenport; sister, Geraldine Hargrove; many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, Grayden was predeceased by his second wife, Doreen (Betts) Davenport; brothers, Hayden, Benjamin and Trueman an infant brother, Johnny; sisters, Vivian Ogden, Bridget Berry and Inez Rideout; daughter in law, Rose Davenport. Resting at the United Baptist Church of Minto on Tuesday from 7-9pm and on Wednesday from 12noon until 1pm and where Funeral Service will take place 2:00 Wednesday, November 28, 2018. Interment will take place in Redbank United Church Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, donations made to the donor’s choice of a local charity would be appreciated by the family.
