Obituary of Antonia Celesta Marusic

The death of Antonia Celesta Marusic of Minto, NB occurred Sunday, April 28, 2019 at the WG Bishop Nursing Home. Born in Scale Udine, Italy she was the daughter of the late Giovanni and Antonia (Bergnach) Iurman. Antonia was the last member of her immediate family. Survived by daughters, Anna Libby (Kim), Paola Marusic and Giovanna MacLeod (Rob); 4 grandchildren, Joey (Jenn)and Jeremy (Laurie Anne) Libby, David (Charlene)and Gina Thurrott; 3 great grandchildren, Glenna and Sarah Libby, Lillian Thurrott; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Antonia was predeceased by her husband Leonard Marusic. Resting at Hogg Funeral & Cremation Services (10 King Street, Minto, NB) with visitation on Tuesday from 4-7pm. Funeral Mass will be Celebrated 11:00AM Wednesday, May 1, 2019 from Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Interment will take place in Saint Bridget’s Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, donations made to the Saint Bridget's Cemetery, Hardwood Ridge would be appreciated by the family.
