Obituary of Douglas Herbert Holt

With his family by his side, the death of Douglas Herbert Holt of Minto, NB occurred Friday, September 20, 2019 at Hospice House Fredericton. Born in Minto, NB he was the son of the late Thomas and Grace (Murray) Holt. Survived by his loving wife Rose (Albert) Holt; a son, Michael (Kathy); a daughter, Mary Lou Brown (Rodney); grandchildren, William and Alexander; sister, Ruth McAllister; several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, Doug was predeceased by brothers, Gerald, Donald, Byron and John Holt; sister, Carol Jacobs. In keeping with Doug’s wishes, no visitation a private family gathering will take place at a later date. For those who wish, donations made to the SPCA and Hospice House Fredericton would be greatly appreciated by the family.
