Obituary of Olive Hazel Brown

The death of Olive Hazel Brown of Chipman, NB with her family by her side occurred Monday, May 30, 2022 at Hospice House Fredericton, NB at the age of 99.

Born July 10, 1922 in Barker’s Point, NB she was the daughter of the late Percy and Mabel (Dickson) Rickard.

Survived by sons, Paul Brown (Colleen) and Mark Brown (Twila); daughters, Sheila Urquhart (Douglas) and Bonita Morabito (Ashley); 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Olive was predeceased by husband Beverly William Brown in 1988; daughter, Bernadette Cheryl Brown; sisters, Ellen Jones and Pearl Hutchison; brother Freddy Hughes.

A private visitation and service will take place at a later date. Interment will take place in the United Pentecostal Cemetery, Chipman, NB. For those who wish, donations made to Fredericton Hospice House would be greatly appreciated by the family.
