Obituary of William John Carr

The death of William John Carr of Maquapit Lake, NB occurred Sunday, December 4th, 2022 at his home.

Born in Calgary, AB he was the son of Barb (McCulloch) Carr and the late Irvin Carr.

Billy was a member of the Douglas Harbour Fire Department. He enjoyed boating, hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Survived by his mother, Barb Carr (James); wife, Sarah (Burns) Carr; daughter, Autumn Carr; son, Raine Carr; brother, Dennis Carr (Lisa); granddaughter, Cali; nieces and nephews Tyler, Kaden, Haylee, Casey and Ethan; mother-in-law, Susan Campbell (Anthony); sister-in-law, Carolyn Burns; brother-in-law, Anthony Burns (Hannah); canine buddies, Marlee and Sadie; feline friend, Chloe; several aunts, uncles and cousins and many good friends.

In addition to his father, Billy was predeceased by son-in-law, Brandon Donelan; father-in-law, Lindsay Burns.

Resting at Hogg Funeral Services (10 King Street, Minto) with visitation on Wednesday from 4-6pm. Funeral Service will take place 1:00PM Thursday, December 8th, 2022 from Minto Community Chapel. Internment will take place in Scotchtown United Church Cemetery. For those who wish, donations made to the Douglas Harbour Fire Dept would be greatly appreciated by the family.
