Obituary of Elaine Freda McCoy

The death of Elaine Freda McCoy of Douglas Harbour, NB occurred Wednesday, December 25th, 2019 at the Mill Cove Nursing Home. Born at Clarks Corner, she was the daughter of the Freda (Colwell) McCoy and the late Charles McCoy. In addition to her mother, Freda, in Douglas Harbour, Elaine is survived by her brother, Carman (Bonnie) McCoy also in Douglas Harbour and a sister-in-law, Patricia McCoy in Clarks Corner; special Uncle, Reg McCoy (Mary) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and her beloved Barbie Ann. She was predeceased by her father, Charles McCoy and brothers, Eldon and Donald McCoy. Resting at the Scotchtown United Church, Scotchtown with visitation Saturday from 10 – 12:00. All are invited to a luncheon at the Community Hall from 12 – 1:30, followed by a funeral Service at 2:00PM. Interment will take place in the Scotchtown Cemetery. For those who wish, donations made to the Scotchtown Cemetery or the charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
