Obituary of Theresa Pitre

The death of Theresa Pitre of Mill Cove, NB formerly of Minto, NB occurred Thursday, August 24, 2023 at the Mill Cove Nursing Home.

Born in Rogersville, NB she was the daughter of the late Peter and Eleanor (Arsenault) Meunier.

Survived by sons, Joseph (Joyce), Anthony (special daughter-in-law, Ann), Paul (Carol Ann), Patrick (Joy) and Maurice (Tamera); daughter, Debra Arsenault (Nelson); several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters, Jeannine Odo and Helena Barr (Gary); many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Theresa was predeceased by her husband, Pierre Pitre; son, John Pitre; daughter, Janet; brothers, Roger and Peter Meunier; sisters, Jeannette Finnamore, Irene McElwaine and Rena Chase.

Resting at Hogg Funeral & Cremation Services (10 King Street, Minto) with visitation on Sunday Evening from 4 – 8pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00AM Monday, August 28, 2023 from Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Minto, NB. Interment will take place in Saint Bridget's Cemetery, Hardwood Ridge, NB.For those who wish, donations made to the MMHS Breakfast Program would be appreciated by the family.
