Obituary of John Bauer Vidito

With heavy hearts, the family of John William Vidito, also know to many as “little Johnny Bauer” throughout his life, 54, announce his passing on January 15, 2025. Born on September 29, 1970, John was the cherished son of Fred Vidito and the late Jill Bauer.

John lived a life filled with love, humor, and dedication to those he cared about. In his younger years, he had a passion for horses and motorbikes, embracing adventure and the outdoors. Later in life, John became deeply dedicated to his faith, which brought him great comfort and purpose.

In addition to his mother, John was predeceased by his uncle, Kirk, as well as his paternal and maternal grandparents.

He is survived by his father, Fred Vidito, and his children, Christian and Alexander, as well as their mother, Tiffany. He will also be deeply missed by his brother, Shane (Erika); sisters, Kim (Todd), Joanne (John), Karen (Alan), and Sara (Dave); and his aunt, Bonnie (Jim).

John was a proud uncle to Colton (Emily), Brett (Kayley), and Cayden (Chloe), and a doting great-uncle to his great-niece, Blakely. He also leaves behind many cousins, friends, and all who were blessed to know him.

The family is grateful for the love and support they’ve received during this difficult time. A Funeral Mass will be held to celebrate John’s life 11:00AM Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at St. Barbara’s Parish (26 Father Dysart Lane, Minto, NB).
