Obituary of Phyllis Erna Glenn

The passing of Phyllis Erna Glenn of Chipman, NB, occurred on Friday, October 31, 2014 at Shannex Parkland in the Valley. Born in Yarmouth, NS on September 11, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Clifton and Erna (Spinney) Roberts. Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Diana Caron (Paul) of Calgary, AB and her sons, Dale Glenn (Janet) of Quispamsis, NB, and Kirby Glenn (Geordie) of Calgary, AB; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sisters, Deborah McInnis and Ruth Murray of Chipman, NB; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Otty Glenn; son, Dana; grandson, Mark Caron; sisters, Lillian Garvey and Clara Roberts; brothers, Lloyd and Wilbur Roberts. Although there will be no visitation, a Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 3, 2014 at 2 pm from Second Chipman United Baptist Church with Reverend Gerald Burke officiating. Pallbearers will be Lawrence Boyd, Scott Glenn, Howard Clark, Chris McInnis, Donnie Blyth and David Raymond. Honorary pallbearers are Marie Hunter, Deanna Spencer, Esther Boyd and Lloyd Boyd. Interment will take place in the Second Chipman United Baptist Cemetery, Chipman, NB. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
