Obituary of Mary Ann Bailey

The death of Mary Ann Bailey of Newcastle Creek, NB occurred Sunday, May 24, 2015 at her home. Born in Brownville Junction, Maine she was the daughter of the late Austin and Margaret (McCann) Cosman. Survived by her love of her life, Ronald Bailey; a son, Larry Bailey (Shelley) of Minto; a daughter, Kathy Grant (David) of Quispamsis; 6 grandchildren, Aaron Grant, Jill Bailey, Sarah Grant, Brad Bailey, Michael Grant and John Grant; 2 great grandchildren, Madison Trites and Lauren Illsley; a sister, Jean Grant of Ottawa; sisters in law, Margaret Cosman, Barbara Cosman and Nancy Bailey; Mary Ann’s constant companion, Tilda Jane; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mary Ann was predeceased by brothers, Freddy and Billy; a sister, Margaret. Resting at Hogg Funeral Services (10 King Street, Minto) with visiting on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Funeral Service will take place 6:00PM Wednesday, May 27, 2015 from Scotchtown United Church. Interment will take place in Newcastle Creek Cemetery Extension. For those who wish, donations made to the SPCA or the Scotchtown United Church would be appreciated by the family.
