Obituary of Annie Lorraine Bishop

The death of Annie Lorraine Bishop of Chipman, NB occurred Tuesday, May 20th, 2008 at her home. Born in Minto, NB, May 12th, 1949 she was the daughter of the late Clara and Victor (Doherty) West. Survived by her loving husband Murray Bishop; a daughter, Nicola Bishop of Moncton, NB; a son, Jon Bishop (Gina) of Ottawa; step-children, Laurie (Ruth) of Fredericton, Barry (Christine) of Chipman, Dale (Ellen) of Noonan, Randy (Eleanor) of Fredericton and Susan Weaver (Peter) of Cumberland Bay; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Gladys Biggar of Saint John, Edith Jardine of Chipman and Patricia Jordan (David) of Ripples; a brother, Keith West (Mary) of Chipman, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Annie was predeceased by a brother Gerald West; sisters, Nina Stewart and Sylvia Huntjens. Resting at the Grand Lake Community Chapel (43 Main Street, Chipman, NB 339-5522) with visiting on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will take place 2:00PM Friday, May 23rd, 2008 from St. Augustine, Anglican Church with Rev. Phillip Pain officiating. Interment will take place in the Redbank United Church Cemetery.
