Obituary of Margaret Emma Kelley

The peaceful death of Margaret “Maggie” Emma Kelley, 66, of New England Settlement occurred Saturday, September 12th, 2015 at the Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in Minto, she was the daughter of Johanna “Nan” (Farrell) of Minto and the late George Lawson Sr. In addition to her mother, Maggie is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Kelley; two nieces, Nancy Drost (Derrick) of Chipman and Karen Keddy (Tim) of Saint John; a nephew, George Lawson Jr. (Elvina) of Hardwood Ridge as well as several great nieces, great nephews and many good friends. She was predeceased by her father, George Lawson and by her brother, Kenneth Lawson. Resting at Hogg Funeral Services (10 King Street, Minto, NB) with visiting on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8pm.The funeral service will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 16th, 2015 from Trinity United Church, Minto. Interment will follow in the Wallbridge Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
