Obituary of Gardenia Rose Cora McGinley

The death of Gardenia Rose Cora McGinley of Chipman, NB occurred Friday, February 4th, 2011 at the Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton. Born in Minto, NB she was the daughter of the late Jack and Alice (Vautour) Allen. Rose is survived by her five children; Richard (Cindy) of Quispamsis, Pearl Fortin (James) and Jack (Doreen) both of Minto; Kevin (Tracey) of Saint John and Darlene (Mike) of Ottawa; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; her friend, Van Jones of Chipman; a sister, Phyllis West (Bill) of Midlands as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to both parents, she was predeceased by her husband, James Lawson McGinley and a sister, Emily Allen. A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, August 13th, 2011 at Saint Joseph Cemetery, Chipman, NB. For those who wish, donations may be made to the charity of ones choice.
